Members will be evaluated each semester if they are not meeting requirements. The following requirements are set for a semester.
Members will attend four out of the six meetings each semester, set as a regular standard by the executive board. If a conflict occurs where one cannot make a meeting, then an excused absence will be permitted only with 24 hour prior notice. Excused absences will not result in violation of the attendance policy.
Members must attend one community service project each semester.
If members fail to achieve the above standards, they will be put on "inactive" status and will not receive benefits of Phi Alpha Delta membership.
