Hello! Welcome to KU and the University Advising Center! My main role as Assistant Director is to prepare you to make educated choices in regard to your academics. I am also the Director of the Mount Oread Scholars Program.
Another important role I have is sharing opportunities for involvement. Do you feel unconnected at KU? Do you go to and from class without talking with other students? Come see me! Students who are involved outside the classroom have higher levels of motivation, better grades, and a higher graduation rate. Don't miss out on an excellent undergraduate experience!Who am I? I am a graduate of Lyon College who changed majors four times. I am a first generation college student. I am a JAYHAWK! I am a graduate of KU - MS in Higher Education Administration. My professional background includes advising, student activities and residence life. I am an advocate for educating the whole student.
