Robin Merritt

Welcome to the University of Kansas! My name is Robin Merritt, and I'm an academic advisor at the University Advising Center.

I've lived in Kansas and Missouri most of my life, with brief stints in California and South Dakota. While I don't often admit it around these parts, I graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor's degree in social work. Currently, I'm working towards a master's degree in art history at KU, and I spent three years advising international students at the KU Office of Study Abroad.

I know that college sometimes can be a challenging (and frustrating!) place to be. That's where I come in. I'm here, not only to advise you academically, but also to help you navigate the University as a whole. So, if you have questions about anything relating to KU, you're always welcome to make an appointment with me at 864-0176 or rmerritt@ku.edu. If I don't know the answer, I'll find someone who does!
