Lindsay Schaefer

Hello and welcome to the University Advising Center and KU! My name is Lindsay Schaefer and I am a graduate assistant advisor here in the office. I am here to help students discover all the opportunities that KU has to offer. Whether you need to discuss majors and minors, getting involved in extra-curricular activities, planning your schedule or even just helping you adjust to different aspects of college, I am here to assist you. Please feel free to schedule an appointment with me.

I grew up in Colorado before getting my Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Creighton University in Nebraska. I then took a year to volunteer as a teacher assistant at an inner-city elementary school in California. Now I am a graduate student in Higher Education Administration here at KU.

In my free time I enjoy hiking and biking, running, watching movies, playing and watching about any sport, spending time with family and friends, reading and shopping.
